Harshit Shah is a Fellow Company Secretary and a Commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai. He has earned his Masters in Law (LL.M.) with specialisation in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). He has been into practice for over 15 years and have gained extensive exposure in the fields of Legal, Secretarial, Compliance and FEMA. He has worked with reputed law firms like J. Sagar Associates, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, Khaitan & Co. etc.

Ashwini Shah is a Qualified Company Secretary and a Commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai. She has completed her Masters in Law (LL.M) and is a Diploma holder in Intellectual Property Rights from one of the top most Law School in India National Law School of India, Bangalore. She has a varied experience of 14 years in handling a diverse portfolio of compliances under various laws like FEMA, Trademark Act, NBFC regulations and Companies Act amongst others. She has also successfully handled special assignments like start up funding, merger and acquisition, compounding under the companies act, FEMA etc. Before venturing into practice she was associated with large conglomerates like Reliance group, BPL group.

Rohit Thottungal is a Commerce Graduate, and currently in his last Leg of CS and Law graduation. He is equipped more than 7 years of sound experience from working on assignments such as SME IPOs, Corporate private equity fundings, Secretarial Audits & Due Diligences of Listed companies, Trademarks, FEMA and ROC compliances. He is known for his interpretational and analytical skills. When he is not working, he like to spend time in fulfilling and relaxing pursuits such as craft-making, travelling, researching, etc.

Vaibhav Bait possesses five years of experience in the field of Secretarial Compliance. He is our primary resource for tackling any challenges that arise on various issues on dynamic MCA portal. He is recognized for his ability to stay focused, his diligent work ethic, and his supportive nature as a colleague. In his leisure time, he enjoys engaging in cricket both as a player and a spectator.

Vaishali Pawar is a law graduate from Mumbai University and a semi-qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She brings over seven years of extensive experience in ROC compliance, secretarial audits, and due diligence for both public and private companies, along with a strong knowledge of FEMA regulations. Currently, she works as an Associate at our firm, where her meticulous attention to detail and dedicated work ethic make her an invaluable asset. Outside of her professional pursuits, Vaishali is an enthusiastic reader and passionate traveler, always seeking to explore new cultures and ideas.

Laxmi Sankeshwari is a Law graduate from Mumbai University. She has worked in Jurycon Mumbai which is a law firm. Currently Associated with HAS & Co. Laxmi is well-regarded for her dedication and sincerity in her work. In addition to her role as a associate, she finds joy in teaching.

Ekta Mehta, as an Accounts and Admin Head, with a bachelor’s degree in commerce and more than a decade of relevant work experience. She is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of the organization. With her financial management skills and attention to detail, she ensures the smooth functioning of financial reporting, cash flow management and other activities. Additionally, she manages day-to-day administrative tasks including managing employees, overseeing office operations, and managing vendor relationships.
